Chinese civilization is a unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, and Komiks is the foundation of contemporary Chinese culture. The new form of human civilization created by the Communist Party of China leads the people is rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, embodies the historical pursuit of the Chinese nation, and originates from the cultural genes of the Chinese nation. The new form of human civilization is the product of the Chinese-style modernization path. Chinese civilization provides a cultural foundation for the creation of new forms of human civilization. Comprehensive understanding and grasp of the connotation of new forms of human civilization will help further enhance China’s cultural confidence. First, the “people-centered” idea of China’s excellent traditional culture demonstrates the “people-centered” value position of “people-centered” in the new form of human civilization. “People-oriented”Cinema‘s idea was an important idea of governing the country in ancient China. The Communist Party of China has led the people to create a Chinese-style modernization path, comprehensively promoted economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and ecological civilization construction, adhered to the basic socialist economic system and distribution system of our country, adhered to the leadership of the Party, the people are masters of their own affairs, and the organic unity of governing the country according to law., develop people’s democracy throughout the process, ensure that the people enjoy broader and more fulfilling rights and freedoms, continuously liberate and develop social productivity, ensure that the whole people share the fruits of development, and meet the people’s growing needs for a better life. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has led the people of the whole country to win the battle against poverty, solved the problem of absolute poverty historic solution, and achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, providing Chinese experience for global poverty governance. This shows the value purpose of upholding the people’s standpoint based on upholding and developing new forms of human civilization with Chinese characteristics. From a global perspective, the common value of all mankind promoted by the new form of human civilization is based on the interests of all mankind, emphasizing that fairness and justice are our common ideals, democracy and freedom are our common pursuits, and integrating personal development with the common development of all mankind. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has made historic achievements in long-term construction, the cause of the Party and the country has undergone historic changes, and China’s economy has transformed from high-speed growth to high-quality development, showing the advantages of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is different from the Western capitalist civilization form. It is a new form of contemporary Chinese civilization activated by the power of Marxist truth. It is the great development and reform of the Communist Party of China based on the Chinese revolution, construction and reform.Theoretical innovation based on practice is rooted in the revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture created by the Party leading the people in revolution, construction and reform, and has absorbed the cultural genes, ideal pursuits, revolutionary spirit and advanced values of China’s excellent traditional culture and Marxism, representing the direction of human civilization. Marxism is the inheritance and innovation of the achievements of human civilization, and it deeply reveals the general laws of nature and human society. The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the crystallization of wisdom of the Chinese people for more than 5,000 years of understanding and transformation of nature. Since ancient times, it has contained the ideal of “the journey of the great way, the world is for the public”, the ecological civilization concept of “harmony between man and nature”, the simple dialectical materialist philosophy, and the practical concept of “unity of knowledge and action”. It is consistent with the communist ideal of Marxism and the dialectical materialist thought. In terms of value orientation and ideal model.
